• Eligibility: This policy applies only to your initial purchase with us.
• No Return Necessary: If your request is accepted, you don't need to worry about shipping the product back to us. Keep it, gift it, or dispose of it.

Refund Details & Fees

If your refund is approved, we will credit your original payment method.

• Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the product value on approved refund requests.
• Shipping: Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
• Timeline: Once approved, refunds typically reflect on your statement within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't seen the credit, please contact us.

Issues, Damages & Exchanges

• Arrival Issues: Please inspect your delivery immediately. If your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.
• Exchanges: We offer free exchanges with no handling fees. If you swap for a higher-value item, you only pay the difference in price.
• Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or opened perishable goods.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Note: For these statutory returns, the item must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and in original packaging) with the receipt or proof of purchase.
